Zimbra SkillZ: How to Hide Zimbra from Search Engines

Hide Zimbra’s Login Page from Search Engines

Hi Zimbra Admins, Partners & Friends,

By default, Zimbra’s login page is indexed in search engines. Would you rather hide it from search engines?

Here’s how …

zmprov mcf +zimbraResponseHeader "X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff"
zmprov mcf +zimbraResponseHeader "X-Robots-Tag: noindex"
zmprov mcf +zimbraResponseHeader "Referrer-Policy: no-referrer"
zmprov mcf zimbraMailKeepOutWebCrawlers TRUE
zmmailboxdctl restart

Curious about other Zimbra Admin tasks? Let us know in the comments!

Thanks & hope you are healthy,

Your Zimbra Team

    Hey there!
What to do if your login page is already indexed in search engines? Would this method work still?
