Did you know that the long-awaited Zimbra 8.7 is now available?
Click here to read more about the new features.
The most exciting new feature for Zimbra end-users like you is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Zimbra 2FA protects your email security with an extra physical layer (something you possess).
Zimbra Two-Factor authentication requires an upgrade of your Network Edition License Key, which is free of charge if you have a valid License. Contact your regional sales manager, and click here for more information.
If you enable 2FA, you must have two things to log into your Zimbra account:
1. Something you know: a password, UserID, etc.
2. Something you possess: a smartphone, or USB-key, etc.
Next week, tune in for steps to enable 2FA when your company upgrades to Zimbra 8.7!
It would be great to see new features in Zimbra 8.7, Zimbra Two-Factor Authentication!
Upgrade from 8.6 to 8.7 does not appear 2FA section in COS even user has valid TwoFactorAuthAccountsLimit section in license… bad news…
Hi,
Have you fixed the issue? If you have already the new license, it should work like explained here https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_Two-factor_authentication
