Did You Know? Mandatory Spell Check
Have you ever sent an email with embarrassing spelling errors? In Zimbra, you can enable mandatory spellcheck of your emails before they are sent.
To enable this feature:
1. Click the Preferences tab, and select Mail. Scroll down to the Composing Messages area, and select the Mandatory spellcheck before sending a message option, as shown below.
Note: Don’t forget to click Save.

Is there anyway to set up spell checker to not check the spelling in the message being replied to? The constant report of misspelled email address in the reply is a nuisance.

Hi Fred – No, you cannot specify that the mail you are replying to is not spell checked. If it is in the mail trail and part of the message body, it will be included in the spell check.
In Zimbra Preferences, you can disable spell check before you send messages. This stops spell check of the mail trail. However, use this option with caution because it also stops spell check in the body of your response.
Here are the steps if you chose to experiment:
1. Preferences > Mail.
2. Scroll down to “Composing Mail”.
3. Deselect the “Mandatory spellcheck before sending a message” option.
4. Save.

iam already follow the current method but canot work spell check properly pls tell another way to enabile spell check
