Did you know that with Zimbra 8.6 it is easier to share folders with users on Outlook via ZCO (Zimbra Connector for Outlook)?
Start by creating a share in the Zimbra Web Client (ZWC), using the steps described here.
When the Outlook users accepts the share and syncs to his or her Zimbra account, the shared folder is automatically displayed in the Outlook folder list!
There are no longer any additional steps required to share folders between ZWC users and Outlook users.
