Did You Know? Contact Groups

Did you know that you can create your own personal distribution list (also known as an email alias) using Contact Groups?

Open the New menu on any tab and select Contact Group. The Contact Group tab opens.

Zimbra will search for addresses in the Global Address List by default, but you can change this to search your Contacts.

To create the contact group:

1. Name the group.
2. Search for contacts to add to the group.
3. Click Add to add a contact.
4. Click Save to save the group.

The new contact group is displayed. Notice that the icon for a contact group is a multiple head-and-shoulders icon.
