Did You Know? Using Tags Part 2: Sorting with Tags
Did you know that you can sort anything in Zimbra using tags?
Last week’s Did You Know? post described how to apply tags to your Zimbra items: email, contacts, calendar items, tasks, and briefcase files.
Your tags are listed under your mail folders in the navigation pane.
Click a tag, and all items marked with that tag are displayed. In Mail, you will see email from all folders.
Tags are also helpful for sorting in Calendar. Here, all meetings tagged with 1-on-1 are shown.
Helpful Calendar tags include travel, phone, etc.
