Did You Know? Moving the Reading Pane
Did you know that you can easily move the Reading pane?
Depending upon your company’s default settings, your reading pane may be displayed below the contents of your selected mail folder or it may be displayed to the right. In this example, the reading pane is displayed on the bottom. 
To move the reading pane to the right, select View > Reading Pane On The Right.
When the reading pane is on the right, some column headers (From, Subject, etc.) are no longer displayed. However, this information is displayed for each item.
One other option is to turn the reading pane off. To do this, select View > Reading Pane Off.
When the reading pane is off, you can double-click an email to view it.
