Did You Know? Switching from Conversation to Message View

Did you know that you can easily switch from Conversation to Message view?

A quick summary of Conversation view includes:

• All email with the same subject is grouped into a Conversation.
• You can easily see when you are in Conversation view from:
  • The column of expansion/collapse arrows
  • Numbers in parentheses in the size column (this indicates the number of messages in the Conversation)
  • More than one name in the From column

Conversation view is the default for viewing Zimbra mail.

To change from Conversation view to a traditional Message view, select View > By Message.

You can easily see when you are in message view by the column of mail icons.
