Spam blocklist SORBS has been shut down, update Anti-Spam settings

The spam blocklist SORBS has been shut down. By default Zimbra uses SORBS via SpamAssasin, but also many Zimbra Administrators have set-up SORBS as part of Postfix MTA restrictions.
