Did You Know? User Session Management Zimlet!

Hello Zimbra Customers, Partners & Friends,

The User Session Management Zimlet lets you see all your active sessions and synced mobile devices from the Modern UI without asking your administrator. To find the Zimlet, click the gear menu -> Settings -> Sessions and Devices.

The Zimlet can help if you …

1. Lose your device, you can pause data syncing.
2. Lose your device and it’s still connected to the internet, you can remove your account from the lost device or wipe the device.
3. Used someone else’s computer and forgot to sign out of your Zimbra account, you can sign out on a different computer.
4. Want to find out if someone is accessing your account without your permission. In this case, you should change your password.

For Administrators

You can install the Zimlet via:

apt install zimbra-zimlet-user-sessions-management

yum install zimbra-zimlet-user-sessions-management
