Zimbra Ending Support for Ubuntu 14.04, Oracle Linux 6 and CentOS/RHEL 6

Hello Zimbra Customers, Partners & Friends,

With a number of supported operating systems entering end of life on July 31, 2021, Zimbra will stop releasing patches on Ubuntu 14.04, CentOS 6, Red Hat 6 and Oracle 6.

  • Ubuntu 14.04 end of life occurred April 30, 2019
  • CentOS and RHEL 6 end of life occurred November 30, 2020
  • Oracle 6 End of life occurred October 2020

After July 31, Zimbra Support will perform best effort support. If there is an issue related to a bug or operating system, the system will need to be upgraded to a supported version to continue troubleshooting.

Zimbra Support recommends all customers who are running these operating systems take immediate actions to upgrade all production systems before July 31 to ensure no interruption in your support services.
