General Availability: Zimbra Collaboration 8.6.0 Patch 2

As of yesterday, May 5, Zimbra Collaboration 8.6.0 patch 2 is generally available. This patch is cumulative with ZC 8.6.0 patch 1, meaning you only need to apply this patch to get the benefits of both.

As noted in the release notes, the majority of bug fixes are for the Admin and Web UIs, with some minor security fixes. Additionally, there were UI optimizations.

Hi, is there any update about the release of 8.7 ?? the roadmap was for last April.

Hi Matthew Lewis,

Please help to update the patch,

I Had problems after using this patch (ZCS 8.6.0 Patch 2) I can’t paste a clipboard images on messages body when using Mozilla Firefox ver 38.05 (old or latest version)
but there is no problem when i’m using Chrome and switch to HTML Mode

Any suggest?

Hi Matthew,

I am writing you after I saw your update here. Actually my concern is much more on moving /opt from sda which has a very small side to sdb and I cannot find a step by step instructions to do this. Can you help me out please? I am running Release 8.6.0.GA.1153.UBUNTU14.64 UBUNTU14_64 FOSS edition.

  I’ve found the next Steps, be sure please that you have a valid Backup, or Snapshot before test it, or if you have a Dev environment or VM, much better where test it before:

  I didn’t tried in m Lab, so I can’t confirm that will work, again, please be sure that you test it first in a VM, or you have a snapshot or Backup before test it.

Is there a current release date for 8.7? I’m in a holding pattern here and can’t update my company. Your previous comment from May said that it was going to be released in September. Thanks for any update.
