Video Tutorial. How to Use Custom Fonts in Your Emails

Strategically using custom fonts may make emails more engaging, memorable, and brand-aligned. Custom fonts aren’t just a cosmetic choice; they can significantly impact how your emails are perceived and remembered

I’m always looking for ways to make my emails stand out in the crowded inboxes of my recipients. One effective strategy I’ve found is to use custom fonts.

If your company has a distinctive font associated with its brand, using it in emails can reinforce your identity and create a cohesive experience for your readers. Fonts can convey different emotions. For instance, a playful font might suggest a fun promotional campaign, while a serif font could create a more formal or professional tone.

Custom fonts can be a powerful tool for capturing attention and differentiating your emails from the sea of generic messages.

Learn how to add custom fonts to your Zimbra email settings and enhance the effectiveness and impact of your emails. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to customize your fonts and create visually appealing emails that impress your recipients.
