Preventive Out-of-Office Notification in Email (Zimlet)

Alerts users if their email recipients have set an out-of-office when the user adds recipients in the ‘To’ or ‘cc’ fields when composing their emails.

Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) (Zimlet)

Users can add a Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) to their emails. Available across Zimbra Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and Web UI

Mailto Links

A pre-filled email draft opens up in Zimbra Desktop when you click on a mailto link. These fields include “to”, “cc”, “bcc”, and “subject” populated from the URL parameters. Works across major browsers and supports UTF-8 characters in email fields.
