Zimbra Tech Skillz: Password Reset in Zimbra

Zimbra Collaboration 8.8.8 (released earlier this year) included a new feature: Forgot Password. This feature now enables a user to reset his or her password. Below is the flow of the Password Reset feature with the associated APIs.

    Password recovery by API is a very important element.

      Hi – if you do not have a “forgot password” link, it means that your email provider, Mailhappen, did not enable that Zimbra feature. Please contact Mailhappen for more information. Thanks
